Using orchard brown earth soil and 3-year-old potted apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) As experimental material, the adsorption and desorption of cadmium (Cd2 +) and the cadmium content of apple root and fruit were studied after earthworm and effective micro-organism The change. The results showed that with the increase of Cd2 + content in soil, the adsorption rate of Cd2 + decreased and the desorption rate increased. The Langmuir equation showed that the adsorption capacity of Cd2 + and MBC decreased with earthworm and EM treatment. When Cd2 + content in soil was higher, earthworm and EM reduced the adsorption rate of soil Cd2 + and increased the rate of desorption, the EM effect was more obvious. The contents of cadmium in roots and fruits of apples increased with the application of Cd2 +. Earthworm and EM significantly promoted the uptake of cadmium and accumulation of cadmium in fruits by earthworm and EM, and the effects of earthworms and EM were more significant when the contents of cadmium in soil were higher.
