[目的]通过对上海市民营医疗机构传染病报告及管理现况的分析,为加强上海市民营医疗机构传染病报告及管理工作提供参考。[方法]2008年1—6月,将上海市一千余家民营医疗机构分为医院、门诊部、私人诊所三类,在剔除不涉及传染病病种诊断的机构后,采用分层按10%比例随机抽样方法,抽取89家民营医疗机构,调查传染病报告及管理现况。[结果]在调查的89家民营医疗机构中仅21家纳入传染病网络直报系统;医院传染病报告专职人员、管理制度设置、落实比例明显高于门诊部及私人诊所;传染病报告人员的年龄分布于22-80岁,私人诊所报告人员的年龄大于门诊部及医院;民营医疗机构传染病报告率为100.00%、信息准确率为99.67%、重卡率1.10%,报告及时率仅为92.60%。[结论]不同类型民营医疗机构在传染病报告及管理制度、人员的设置情况及比例不全相同。需根据不同机构、不同人员有针对性地加强传染病报告与管理工作,注重文件执行力,切实掌握并有效提升传染病报告质量。
[Objective] To provide reference for strengthening the reporting and management of infectious diseases in private medical institutions in Shanghai by analyzing the reports and management status of infectious diseases in private medical institutions in Shanghai. [Methods] From January to June in 2008, more than a thousand private medical institutions in Shanghai were divided into three categories: hospitals, clinics and private clinics. After removing the institutions that did not involve the diagnosis of infectious diseases, % Of the proportion of random sampling method, extraction of 89 private medical institutions, investigation of infectious disease reports and management status. [Results] Only 21 of the 89 private medical institutions surveyed included infectious diseases direct reporting system. The proportion of hospital specialized infectious disease reporting professionals and management systems was significantly higher than that of outpatient clinics and private clinics. The number of infectious disease reporting staff The age of the individuals was 22 to 80 years old. The age of reporting staff in private clinics was larger than that of outpatients and hospitals. The reported rate of infectious diseases in private medical institutions was 100.00%, the accuracy rate of information was 99.67% and the rate of heavy-duty card was 1.10% . [Conclusion] Different types of private medical institutions have the same situation and proportions of infectious diseases reporting and management system, staffing. According to different agencies, different personnel targeted to strengthen the reporting and management of infectious diseases, pay attention to the implementation of the document, and effectively grasp and effectively improve the quality of infectious disease reporting.
