基于对中部地区各省文化产业发展的比较分析,安徽文化产业竞争力的基础条件具备,但人力资源不具有优势;安徽居民文化消费能力较好,但消费结构不合理;安徽文化产业结构不合理,关联产业、文化企业赢利能力不强;在未来竞争中,文化体制改革为安徽文化产业发展提供了宽松的市场环境,但文化创新能力不足。要提升安徽文化产业竞争力,首先要提升创新能力,做好文化体制改革和外贸拉动创新模式;发展文化内容、文化服务业,提升相关产业价值;依托地方文化优势,发展特色文化产业;借力公共文化,激活农村文化市场。
