目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定淡水鱼中喹乙醇含量的快速、简便分析方法。方法鱼糜经提取、净化处理后,利用HPLC对提取液中喹乙醇进行分离,定量测定。结果喹乙醇线性范围为10~100μg/ml,相关系数0.999 9,回收率93.5%~119.5%,检出限250μg/kg,精密度1.34%。结论该法是一种简便、快捷、准确、可靠的测定淡水鱼中喹乙醇含量的方法。
Objective To establish a rapid and simple method for the determination of olaquindox in freshwater fish by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods surimi extraction, purification treatment, the use of HPLC for the separation of olaquindox in the extract, quantitative determination. The results showed that the linear range of olaquindox was 10 ~ 100μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the recovery was 93.5% ~ 119.5%, the detection limit was 250μg / kg and the precision was 1.34%. Conclusion This method is a simple, rapid, accurate and reliable method for the determination of olaquindox in freshwater fish.
