高校的图书馆管理关系着高校的人才培养和高校学生道德素质的提升,对建设高校的精神文明有着十分重要的作用。在高校的图书馆管理中,不断创新和探索,运用人本管理的思想,以人为主体,完善和改进管理内容,才能促进图书馆服务质量的提升。笔者结合自身工作经验,简单分析了人本管理思想的主要内容,并提出了如何在高校中合理运用这一管理思想的相关策略,以促进高校图书馆的健康发展。
Library management in colleges and universities is related to the cultivation of talents in universities and the improvement of students’ moral qualities, which plays an important role in building spiritual civilization in colleges and universities. In the university library management, continuous innovation and exploration, the use of human-centered management thinking, people-centered, improve and improve the management content, in order to promote library service quality improvement. Based on my own work experience, the author briefly analyzes the main contents of humanistic management thought and puts forward some strategies on how to use this management idea rationally in colleges and universities so as to promote the healthy development of university libraries.
