7月29日-8月1日,笔者参加北京媒体香港楼市考察团活动,亲自感受了香港的楼市文化。虽说在金融危机中,港岛楼市曾经遭遇过极大的打击,但笔者依然感受到香港楼市火热态势并未稍减。媒体中地产广告依然是最大份额,而且不只是平面媒体,地产已成为电视广播行业大金主。只从媒体上看,香港楼市依然身处狂欢节中。
July 29 - August 1, the author participated in the Beijing media Hong Kong property market delegation activities, personally feel the Hong Kong property market culture. Although in the financial crisis, the Hong Kong property market has suffered a great blow, but I still feel the hot property market in Hong Kong has not diminished. Real estate advertising in the media is still the largest share, and not just print media, real estate has become the major television broadcasting industry. Only from the media point of view, Hong Kong property market is still in the carnival.
