用密封管法实测了大庆、胜利、任丘、羊三木和孤岛等五种原油58个宽、窄直馏馏分油的临界温度,用半封闭管法实测了大庆、胜利和任丘三种原油44个宽、窄直馏馏分油的临界温度和临界压力.同时测定了相应各馏分的馏程、密度、运动粘度和折光指数等性质.将临界参数与有关物性用逐步回归法进行关联,提出多种预测临界参数的关联式,其中预测临界温度的三个关联式的平均相对误差分别为1.05%、1.10%和1.21%;三个预测临界压力关联式的平均相对误差分别为2.49%、2.63%和2.57%.关联式所用参数为容易得到的馏分油的密度和平均沸点或粘度.本文还用实测数据分别考察了常用求定石油馏分临界温度、临界压力的关联式和图表对国产石油馏分的适用性,发现其中以Roess式预测临界温度和API炼油技术数据手册图4D2.1预测临界压力的误差最小,其平均相对误差分别为1.20%和3.06%.
The critical temperature of 58 wide and narrow straight distillate oils of Daqing, Shengli, Renqiu, Yangmingshan and Guoluo were measured by sealed tube method. The crude oil of Daqing, Shengli and Renqiu were measured by semi-closed pipe method The critical temperature and critical pressure of 44 wide and narrow straight distillate oils were determined.The distillation ranges, densities, kinematic viscosities and refractive indices of the corresponding fractions were also determined.The critical parameters were correlated with the related properties by stepwise regression Among them, the average relative errors of the three correlations of predicting critical temperature were 1.05%, 1.10% and 1.21% respectively. The average relative errors of the three predicted critical pressure correlations were 2.49% and 2.63, respectively % And 2.57% respectively.The parameters used in the correlation are the density and the average boiling point or the viscosity of the distillate which are easy to obtain.In this paper, the correlation data of the critical temperature and the critical pressure, which are commonly used to determine the petroleum fraction, The results show that the error of forecasting the critical pressure is the smallest in Fig. 4D2.1. The average relative error is 1.20% 3.06%.
