骨整合种植义齿的基桩与上部结构之间的被动吻合是非常重要的,达到被动适合能保证合力的合理分散,促进种植体的骨整合。精确的印模是达到被动适合的前提条件。种植义齿的取模技术目前存在较大的争议,本研究旨在对不同的取模技术进行评估以确定其精确性。 材料和方法 ①模型制备:以含钼的不锈钢材料(SS316)制作模拟人下颌骨的模型。在模型上固定5个种植基桩,其中2个舌向倾斜8度,其余3个垂直于模型表面。标记8个参照点,4个在下颌弓的舌侧,4个在下颁弓的唇颊侧。在基桩取模帽顶部中心也标记参照点。②托盘制作:用自凝塑料分
Osseointegration The passive anastomosis between the piles and the superstructure of the implant denture is very important. Passive fit ensures a reasonable dispersion of synergy and promotes osseointegration of the implant. Accurate impression is the prerequisite to achieve passive fit. At present, there is much controversy about the technique of implant denture, and the purpose of this study is to evaluate different modalities to determine its accuracy. MATERIALS AND METHODS ① Model Preparation: A model simulating the human mandible was made of a stainless steel containing molybdenum (SS316). Five planting pegs were fixed on the model, of which two were tilted 8 degrees and the other three were perpendicular to the model surface. Eight reference points were marked, four on the lingual side of the mandibular arch and four on the buccal side of the lower lip.
