科技人才是一个国家和地区经济发展的关键力量,甘肃省当前科技人才流失问题仍然非常严重,对科技人才的开发与管理还缺乏切实可行的策略措施。本文在深入分析制约甘肃科技人才开发与管理水平的主客观因素的基础上,提出了提高甘肃科技人才开发与管理的可行性对策。
Talents in science and technology are the key force in the economic development of a country and a region. The current problem of the drain of science and technology talents in Gansu province is still very serious. There is still no practical strategy for the development and management of science and technology personnel. Based on the analysis of the subjective and objective factors restricting the development and management of science and technology professionals in Gansu, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to improve the development and management of science and technology professionals in Gansu.
