为了获得图书馆组织和图书馆馆长研究的参考工具,在对93名图书馆馆员的预试调查基础上,修订了翻译编制的领导公平感量表,经过对9所图书馆147名馆员的正式调查,进一步验证量表的构想效度和信度,结果表明量表的三维结构优于二维结构,其CFI为0.94,解释方差变异量为77.27%,量表内部一致性系数为0.90。分析发现,馆员的年龄、工龄、职位层次和职称变量对其领导公平感有明显影响,馆长在管理活动中要提高馆员参与度和关注馆员职业成长需求。
In order to obtain a reference tool for library organization and library director research, based on a preliminary examination of 93 librarians, translational interpretation of the leadership fairness scale was revised. After reading 147 libraries in nine libraries The results of the questionnaire showed that the three-dimensional structure of the scale was superior to the two-dimensional structure. The CFI was 0.94, the variance of variance was 77.27%, and the internal consistency coefficient of scale was 0.90 . Analysis found that the librarian’s age, length of service, job level and job title variables have a significant impact on the leadership sense of fairness, curator in the management activities to increase librarian participation and focus on librarian career growth needs.
