“双师型”教师是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要内容,是办学特色与专业发展的重要保障,是提高技术技能型人才培养质量的关键。以安徽机电职业技术学院为例,分析“双师型”教师现状,剖析高职院校“双师型”教师队伍存在的问题,从需要数量与质量并进,推动“双师型”教师队伍建设,加强校企合作,提高“双师型”教师实践能力,坚持政策倾斜,完善“双师型”教师成长激励机制等方面提出培养路径。
“Double Teachers ” teachers are the important content of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, which is the important guarantee for the characteristics and professional development of running schools and the key to improving the training quality of skilled personnel. Taking Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Electromechanics as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of “double teacher” teachers and analyzes the existing problems of “double teacher” teachers in higher vocational colleges. From the quantity and quality required, Type teacher building, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the practical ability of teachers, insist on the policy inclination, and improve the teacher training and encouragement mechanism.
