目的调查厦门市湖里区蚊虫密度及种群构成,为有效控制蚊虫提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法,所采蚊虫带回实验室分类、鉴定、计数。结果湖里区采获蚊虫2属4种;淡色库蚊为优势种群。诱蚊灯诱蚊密度为1.35只/(灯·h)。成蚊密度城乡结合部、医院较高。密度随监测年份逐渐增加,2012-2013年高峰期出现在5、6月份。结论湖里区灭蚊工作可选在5、6月蚊虫密度高峰前开展,特别要加强城乡结合部和医院的灭蚊工作。
Objective To investigate the population density and population density of mosquitoes in Huli district of Xiamen city and provide a scientific basis for effective control of mosquitoes. Methods Using mosquito lamp method, the mosquitoes taken back to the laboratory classification, identification, counting. Results There were 4 species of 2 genera of mosquitoes in Huli District; Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species. Mosquito trap mosquito density of 1.35 / (light · h). Adult mosquito density at the junction of urban and rural areas, higher hospitals. The density gradually increased with the monitoring year, and the peak period in 2012-2013 appeared in May and June. Conclusion The mosquito control work in Huli District can be carried out before the mosquito density peak in May and June, especially to strengthen the anti-mosquito work in the urban-rural junction and the hospital.
