最近笔者参加了一次优质课交流,在课堂上,教师大量使用了与性别有关的评价语言,而这些语言的使用并没有对学生产生积极的作用。笔者也注意到,在日常的教育教学中教师在评价学生时,常常会使用和性别有关的语言,这些语言的使用,对于学生内化自己的性别角色具有一定影响。教师应当注意到这些语言可能对学生产生的影响,帮助学生正确认识性别上的差异。
Recently, I participated in a high-quality class exchange. In the classroom, teachers made extensive use of gender-related evaluation languages, and the use of these languages did not have a positive effect on students. I also note that in everyday teaching and learning, teachers often use gender-related language when evaluating students. The use of these languages has some effect on students’ internalization of their gender roles. Teachers should be aware of the possible impact these languages have on students and help students to correctly understand gender differences.
