在现代化企业经济发展的过程中,绩效考核作为企业管理工作中的主要内容之一,它的运用不仅可以激发企业员工的工作积极性,还有效的保障了企业经济建设。但是,从当前企业管理工作的实际情况来看,怎样充分发挥出绩效考核的激励效果,成为了人们关注的重点。只有这样才能使得企业管理效果得到有效的保障。本文首先对企业管理中常见的绩效考核方法进行简要的介绍,其次讨论了企业在对员工绩效考核过程中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的措施来对其进行处理,进而使得绩效考核的激励作用得到充分的发挥。
