心脏磁共振成像( CMR)在诊断及评价心力衰竭严重程度及预后方面具有重要作用。CMR不仅可评估全心功能,观察心脏结构,一些新研发的成像技术以及后处理软件还可用于评估心脏局部区域的功能、局部心脏结构异常及室壁异常运动情况等。心脏延迟增强扫描和 T1映射检查可观察坏死心肌及心肌纤维化,并且T1映射可以量化心肌纤维化。这些方法使 CMR在评估心力衰竭方面展现出良好的应用前景。“,”Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is increasingly recognized as an important approach in diagnosing and evaluating the prognosis of patients with heart failure .It not only can assess heart function and observe cardiac structure,some of the newly developed methods and post-processing software can also be used for assessing local area of cardiac function,local abnormal cardiac structure and wall motion abnormalities. LGE-MRI and T1 Mapping can observe myocardial necrosis and myocardial fibrosis,and T1 Mapping can quantify the myocardial fibrosis.These cardiac magnetic resonance imaging methods are showing good appli-cation prospects in assessing heart failure.
