以田间不同发育进度的苹果树腐烂病菌分生孢子器为试材,通过肉眼对其表观特征进行观察,进而采用石蜡切片法对其内部解剖结构进行显微观察,以期建立二者的对应关系。结果表明:田间苹果树腐烂病菌分生孢子器依据发育进度可以划分为3种类型:分生孢子器原基、未成熟的分生孢子器和成熟的分生孢子器,3种类型的分生孢子器通过其表观特征可相互区分;该研究揭示了该病原菌分生孢子器组织学发育特点与表观特征之间的对应关系,为以后田间调查不同发育进度类型的分生孢子器提供了标准和快速识别的方法。
In order to establish the corresponding relationship between the two anatomical structures of apple tree spoilage conidia with different developmental stages in the field as the test material, the visual characteristics were observed by the naked eye, then the paraffin section was used to observe its internal anatomy structure .
