Temporomandibular joint arthroplasty is a better method to diagnose intra-articular soft tissue disorders. It is usually injected into the joint cavity with a contrast medium and then taken by X-ray tomography. This article describes the treatment of 105 patients with inferior arteries by injecting two contrast agents, high-density iodine and low-density air, to better diagnose soft tissue changes in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Cases and methods A total of 123 patients were examined in 105 patients. 79 cases of women (12 cases were double-checked, 2 cases repeated examination).
