日本Nichimen Corp.日前宣布与上海家禽加工商Dajiang公司成立一家售卖液体调味晶的合资企业。 该企业名为Shanghai Dajiang Condiment Co,投资额达200万美元,Dajiang占75％,Nichimen占19％,其余6％由Rainbow Bridge Planning Co.占有。 这家合资企业将于96年底投产。生产的产品包括液体调味品,例如烧鸡用的酱油。 据Nichimen一名官员表示,产品会在中国推销,并出口到日本及其它国家。估计首年销量将可达350万美元。
Japan’s Nichimen Corp. announced that it has established a joint venture with Shanghai poultry processor Dajiang to sell liquid flavored crystals. The company is named Shanghai Dajiang Condiment Co with an investment of 2 million U.S. dollars, Dajiang 75%, Nichimen 19%, and 6% by Rainbow Bridge Planning Co. The joint venture will start production at the end of 1996. Products produced include liquid seasonings such as soy sauce for chicken. According to an Nichimen official, the product will be promoted in China and exported to Japan and other countries. It is estimated that sales will reach $3.5 million in the first year.
