为了解2013年—2015年辽宁地区猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的遗传变异情况,采用PCR对辽宁地区采集到PCV2阳性病料样品进行全基因组扩增,并应用DNA Star软件进行序列比对和遗传演化分析。结果表明,检测的15株PCV2全基因组全长为1 767bp和1 768bp,基因核酸序列同源性为94.4%~99.8%;15株PCV2毒株中有11株属于PCV2b基因型,4株属于PCV2a基因型。结果表明,目前在辽宁地区有多种血清型PCV2同时流行,应该针对优势血清型制定免疫策略。
To understand the genetic variation of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) from 2013 to 2015 in Liaoning Province, PCV2 positive samples collected from Liaoning Province were amplified by PCR and sequenced by DNA Star software And genetic evolution analysis. The results showed that the total length of the 15 PCV2 genomes was 1 767 bp and 1 768 bp, and the nucleotide sequence homology was 94.4% -99.8%. Of the 15 PCV2 strains, 11 belonged to PCV2b genotype and 4 belonged to PCV2a genotype. The results showed that at present there are several serotypes of PCV2 circulating in Liaoning Province at the same time, immunization strategies should be developed for dominant serotypes.
