目的:测定11个批次大花红景天样品中草质素苷的含量,为红景天质量标准的制订提供参考。方法:采用HPLC测定,Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相乙腈-0.2%醋酸(22%∶78%);流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长332 nm;柱温40℃。结果:11个样品中草质素苷含量为0.033%～0.765%。结论:大花红景天中草质素苷含量测定方法方便、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of glucoraphanin in 11 samples of Rhodiola sachalinensis, providing a reference for the formulation of Rhodiola rosea quality standard. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid (22%: 78%) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 332 nm. The mobile phase was Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, Column temperature 40 ℃. Results: The content of 11 samples was 0.033% ~ 0.765%. Conclusion: The method of determining the content of Rhodiola rosea is convenient and accurate.
