当前民族企业正面临着激烈的同质化竞争,“酒香不怕巷子深”的时代已一去不复返,品牌在企业竞争中的作用与优势愈发显著,而要提升企业品牌的社会知名度与美誉度,占领舆论高地,加强公共关系工作是最为有效的途径之一。在此,笔者简要谈谈如何夯实企业的公共关系工作基础,树立大公共关系理念,营造大公共关系氛围,构建大公共关系格局,为企业的健康、快速、稳健发展创造良好环境。一增强全员的公共关系意识,是做好公共关系工作的前提
