心肌损害是慢性尿毒症最严重的并发症,也是尿毒症患者死亡的主要原因。通过对25例慢性尿毒症患者血清酶学的测定,观察其酶学变化的特点,并探讨了其临床意义。报告如下。1 临床资料本文病例均符合尿毒症的诊断标准。其中男性10例,女性15例。年龄为22-65岁。原发病:慢性肾炎19例,慢性肾盂肾炎2例,糖尿病2例,高血压动脉硬化1例,间质性肾炎1例。肾炎史在10年以内的
