激励是人类古老的行为之一,对组织发展起着至关重要的作用。激励理论是人本行政管理的主要形式与手段,良好的激励机制对于企业保持良性生存与发展不无裨益。企业若想在激烈的竞争中良好地生存与发展,就必须结合自身情况,有效地采取以人为本的激励机制,充分激发企业员工工作的积极性与创造性,从而促使企业不断朝着良性健康的方向发展。本文以某知名企业为例,概括分析了激励理论的内容,特性及其实际功能,重点讨论了激励理论在管理中的有效运用策略,为我国企业未来的管理提供了正确的方向。
Incentive is one of the ancient human behavior, plays an important role in organizational development. Incentive theory is the main form and means of human-based administration. A good incentive mechanism is not help for the enterprise to maintain its benign existence and development. If enterprises want to survive and develop well in fierce competition, they must combine their own situation effectively to adopt a people-oriented incentive mechanism to fully stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees in their work so as to promote the continuous development of enterprises in the direction of sound and healthy development. This article takes a well-known enterprise as an example to summarize the content, characteristic and actual function of motivation theory, and focuses on the effective application of motivation theory in management, which provides the correct direction for the future management of the enterprise in our country.
