在当今竞争激烈的职场环境中,如何使员工在工作中始终保持昂扬的斗志、饱满的热情,从而轻松驾驭工作,使工作和生活相互平衡是每一个个人和企业的梦想。令人遗憾的是,现实生活中工作与个人生活的冲突似乎总是如影随形。为了应对激烈的竞争,很多企业期望通过增加员工的工作时间来获得更高的效益,这严重地影响到了员工的私人生活。很多个人也相信成功就要付出代价,而这个代价往往就是让工作侵占自己的生活时间。有人认为,在平衡工作与生活方面,企业只需对自己的管理方式做出一些小的改变,就会取得看似不可能的成绩。日立数据系统(中国)有限公司中国区总经理柯愈强工作非常忙,但他非常享受工作的状态。他说,工作和生活并不存在矛盾,太执着于工作,而不能超脱的看工作,就很难做到享受工作。
In today’s highly competitive workplace environment, it is the dream of every individual and business that how to keep employees motivated and full of enthusiasm at work so as to control their work easily and to balance work and life. Unfortunately, the conflict between work and personal life in real life always seems to go hand in hand. In order to cope with the fierce competition, many enterprises expect to get more benefits by increasing the working hours of their employees, which seriously affects their private life. Many individuals also believe that success will have to pay a price, and the cost is often to make work occupy their own life time. Some people think that in balancing work and life, companies only need to make some small changes in their management methods, and they will achieve seemingly impossible achievements. Ke Yuqiang, general manager of Hitachi Data Systems (China) Co., Ltd. in China, was very busy, but he enjoyed the work very much. He said there is no contradiction between work and life. Being too dedicated to work and unable to detached from work, it is hard to enjoy the work.
