超硬高速钢W_(12)Mo_3Cr_4V_3N是近些年发展起来的一种刀具材料,它的切削性能和在加工高强度高硬度钢方面的作用已为切削学术界所公认。但是,它在推广使用中遇到难于磨削加工的难题。本文作者在生产使用的基础上通过试验研究了用碘化钾处理砂轮刃磨这种新型高速钢的磨削温度、金属表面层显微硬度及金相分析与磨削烧伤等问题,初步提出了避免磨削烧伤的措施。同时,使砂轮耐用度和磨削效率有所提高。和新型磨料立方氮化硼相比,这种方法还具有砂轮来源容易,经济等优点。这些,对生产、科研工作都有一定的参考价值。
Ultra-hard high-speed steel W_ (12) Mo_3Cr_4V_3N is a tool material developed in recent years, its cutting performance and role in the processing of high strength and high hardness steel has been recognized by the cutting academic community.
