现在的用人单位和用人企业,不少已经把口语交际能力作为对人才招聘和选拔的重要标准,所以在我们的中职教学中,必须要把提高学生的口语表达交际水平重视起来。一是创设宽松的语言环境,激发学生口语交际的欲望;二是利用各种说话形式,培养中职学生的口语交际能力;三是组织社会实践活动,强化口语交际训练;四是创设情境,激发思维引爆点;五是广泛阅读,拓宽学生口语交际的知识面。 Now employers and employing enterprises, many have spoken communication skills as an important standard for recruitment and selection of personnel, so in our secondary vocational education, we must attach importance to improve the level of students’ oral expression.
