目的:研究新形式下如何想方设法消除教师的心理障碍;方法:教师自身加强学习,社会外界关心教师;结果:学会心理调适,排除心理障碍,提高心理素质,使自己成为一个心理健康的人;结论:教师心理障碍的形成有主观原因、客观原因,只有社会外界多关心教师,创设宽松育人环境;教师在实践中,加强学习,学会自我心理调适,提高心理素质,使自己成为一个心理健康的人,才能培养出具有健康心理、能适应未来社会需求和挑战的新一代。
Objectives: To study how to find ways to eliminate teachers’ psychological barriers under the new form.
