进入21世纪,新经济引导着社会生活的转型,人们的经济需求由经济价值、经济消费为中心转向以心理、社会及审美等价值为中心,文化导向凸现在首位,这昭示企业要顺应社会的主流思潮,强化“文化”软实力建设。本文从新形势下的企业管理现状出发,初步探讨企业文化、文化力的基本内涵,以及它们与企业发展的内在关系,期望我国企业加强企业文化建设,在新的竞争中能健康发展,基业长青。
