Because of the painless mass at the top of the forehead for three months, he was admitted to hospital on February 3, 1979. The chunks are large, painless and soft. A surgical operation was performed at a commune hospital a month ago. During the operation, a milk-like slurry was seen. Suspected as a “brain tissue” to terminate the operation, the postoperative mass rapidly grew. About the physical examination: the top of the forehead see a garden-shaped mass, about 4 × 3 × 3cm large, clear edge, the surface milky, some dark blue, smooth light, thin central wall, want to pierce the skin. The mass was soft and there was a sense of volatility. The local temperature was higher than that of the surrounding tissue. The pressure was painless, inactive, and the substrate was unclear. Head and neck and other superficial lymph nodes are not swollen. Puncture
