目的探讨外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的可行性及疗效。方法在多功能心电监护仪监测下,采用留置针头行外周动脉抽血,外周静脉输血,速度45ml/min,换血前后行血常规、血生化、肝功能、血培养等检查。结果总胆红素、间接胆红素分别下降了50.80%、50.52%(P<0.01),平均换血量150ml/kg,迅速改善了机体内环境。结论外周同步换血疗法疗效好,副作用少,安全、经济,值得继续探讨。
Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of peripheral arteriovenous exchange transfusion in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods In the monitoring of multifunctional electrocardiogram monitor, the indwelling needles were used to take the peripheral arterial blood and the peripheral venous blood transfusions at a speed of 45ml / min. Blood tests, blood biochemistry, liver function and blood culture were performed before and after the exchange of blood. Results The total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin decreased by 50.80% and 50.52% (P <0.01), respectively. The average blood exchange volume was 150ml / kg, which improved the internal environment rapidly. Conclusion Peripheral synchronized blood exchange therapy has good curative effect, less side effects, safe and economical, and it is worth further study.
