高等职业院校实训指导教师以培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的技能型、应用型人才为使命,主要培养学生的专业核心技能,解决实际问题的能力。在实训教师的整个工作中,不但需要完成实训教学任务,还承担着实训室管理者、建设者的角色,是高职院校实训教学工作中最活跃的主导要素。高职院校实训指导教师应该具备哪些能力,如何培养实训指导教师的综合能力,从而促进实训教师的成长与高职院实训教学的有效开展,是值得深入思考和探讨的问题。
The training guide for higher vocational colleges is to train the first-line skilled and applied talents in production, construction, service and management, and to cultivate the students’ professional core skills and the ability to solve practical problems. In the whole work of practical training teachers, not only need to complete the task of practical training, but also assume the role of training room manager and builder, which is the most active dominant factor in practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. How to cultivate the comprehensive abilities of practical guidance teachers so as to promote the growth of practicing teachers and effectively carry out practical teaching in higher vocational colleges is a question that deserves further consideration and discussion.
