在公文写作中,我们习惯于将公文的语言描绘成“平实的”、“朴素的”。这样的认识往往给人们带来一种错觉:仿佛公文写作就要远离情感;公文是无情感因素的,或曰:用“零度情感”来写作。然而,事实真的是这样的吗?尽管解构主义者认为:文本之外别无他物,但每一个人都不是生活在真空之中、与世隔绝的,他/她及其作品不可避免地要与这个世界发生着千丝万缕的联系,也必定要受到来自历史、社会、民族等各方话语的影响。
