家族企业在我国民营企业中占了绝大部分,并随着改革的深入和全球化进程的加快而飞速发展。虽然研究家族企业的理论也有所发展,但并不广泛也不是很成熟。在国外家族企业逐渐向公众公司变革时,我国家族企业的家族化程度非常高,尤其是其产权制度的安排。从家族企业的含义入手,研究家族企业的产权特征,并提出了一些创新意见。
Family businesses make up the majority of private-owned enterprises in our country and develop rapidly with the deepening of reform and the acceleration of the globalization process. Although the theory of family business has also developed, it is neither widespread nor mature. When the overseas family-owned enterprises gradually change to the public-owned companies, the familial level of the family-run enterprises in our country is very high, especially the arrangement of their property rights system. Starting from the meaning of family-owned enterprises, this paper studies the property rights of family-owned enterprises and puts forward some innovative opinions.
