目的探讨支医护理人员对乡镇卫生院护理中的价值。方法选取2014—2015年的23名高级支医护理人员,按比例分在10所乡镇卫生院,比较支医前后乡镇卫生院护理管理效果,使用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计学分析。结果支医后乡镇卫生院护理管理效果优于支医前,比较差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=9.977、10.268、7.263、5.254,均P<0.05)。结论乡镇卫生院通过支医护理人员对护理制度规范,能有效地提高护理人员的整体素质,进而提高了护理管理质量。
Objective To explore the value of branch nurses in the nursing of township hospitals. Methods Twenty-three senior-level nurses from 2014 to 2015 were selected and divided into 10 township health centers to compare the nursing management effectiveness of township hospitals before and after treatment. SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data. Results The results showed that the nursing management effect of township hospitals was superior to that of branches before and after treatment. The differences were statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 9.977,10.268,7.263,5.254, all P <0.05). Conclusion Township hospitals can improve the overall quality of nursing staff effectively and improve the quality of nursing management through standardizing nursing system by branch nursing staff.
