预应力梁孔道压浆质量测试,在无损检测领域一直是个难题。本文基于弹性波理论,以预应力混凝土T梁为原型,利用孔道中介质(混凝土、波纹管、钢绞线、浆体和异常体)的组合形式,建立了多个单孔道单束筋的二维速度模型,运用二维声波方程四阶差分方程模拟弹性波的传播规律。模拟结果表明:该方法能真实地反映孔道内部压浆质量状况,P、S波的初至时间、能量、相位与主周期等时域属性变化规律与模型特征对应,缺陷异常与浆体属性(速度)差异越大,反应越明显。该测试方法具有无损、简便、信息丰富等特点,对确保工程建设质量具有现实意义。
