党的十六大以来,高校党建在党建科学指导思想与科学理论的指导下,经过近十年的探索和实践,实现了新发展、进入了新阶段、开创了新境界。总结党的十六大以来高校党建的基本经验,研究今后高校党建的发展趋势,对高校党建的继往开来、科学发展具有重大的理论和实践意义,是高校党建不断提升科学化水平的重要课题。
Since the 16th CPC National Congress, under the guidance of the party’s scientific guiding ideology and scientific theories, the party construction in colleges and universities has achieved new development, entered a new stage and opened up a new realm after nearly 10 years of exploration and practice.
