随着农业的发展,解决好农村富余劳动力就业问题,使农村劳动力从传统的农业部门向现代经济部门转移,这是加快农村经济发展、协调城乡关系的重要途径。农村就业问题是解决“三农”问题的关键,也是协调城乡农村就业问题的基本方法、途径,是有效缓解当前“三农”问题所带来的经济、社会矛盾的一条思路。就业创业事关经济发展和民生改善大局。
With the development of agriculture, solving the employment problem of the surplus rural labor force and shifting the rural labor force from the traditional agricultural sector to the modern economic sector are important ways to accelerate the rural economic development and coordinate the urban-rural relations. The issue of rural employment is the key to solving the “three rural issues” and the basic method and route for coordinating the employment problems in rural and urban areas. This is an idea that effectively alleviates the economic and social conflicts brought about by the current “three rural issues.” Employment and entrepreneurship are related to economic development and livelihood improvement.
