报告湿热应激对小鼠不同组织中SOD活性及肛温的影响.结果显示;在相对湿度70%的条件下.小鼠在35~41℃不同温度点应激1小时.或在39℃下应激不同时间,红细胞中SOD活性随应激温度的升高或时间的延长而降低,肛温则反之;在39℃下应激1小时后,肝、心、肾、肺及股四头肌中SOD活性随着时间的推移而呈恢复趋势.提示湿热应激可引起机体自由基生成增多,结合肛温的变化,对研究湿热应激对机体的损伤具有参考意义。
The effect of moist heat stress on SOD activity and rectal temperature in different tissues of mice was reported.The results showed that under the condition of relative humidity of 70%, the mice were stressed for 1 hour at different temperature of 35 ~ 41 ℃ or at 39 ℃ At different times of stress, the activity of SOD in erythrocytes decreased with the increase of the temperature or the prolongation of the temperature, while the rectal temperature was the opposite. After 1 hour of stress at 39 ℃, the liver, heart, kidney, lung and quadriceps SOD activity showed a trend of recovery with the passage of time, suggesting that heat and humidity can cause the body to generate more free radicals, combined with changes in rectal temperature, the study of damp heat stress on the body’s injury with reference significance.
