目的:探讨川芎嗪、酚妥拉明治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:142例糖尿病周围神经病患者随机分为A、B两组,两组在常规降糖治疗的基础上A组应用维生素B1500mg、维生素B12500μg分别肌内注射;B组则用川芎嗪120mg加于0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml,酚妥拉明10mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml静脉滴注。以上两组用药均1次/d,共治疗程3周。观察治疗前后运动神经传导速度(MCV)和Hoffman反射潜伏期测定。结果:两组患者于治疗后其MCV均有不同程度的改善,Hoffman反射潜伏期缩短,仍以B组显著,且该组有8例MCV恢复正常,而A组则无一例恢复正常。结论:川芎嗪联合酚妥拉明治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有症状缓解快,完全缓解率高等优点,效果明显优于维生素B1、维生素B12。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ligustrazine and phentolamine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into A and B groups. The two groups were given intramuscular injection of vitamin B1500mg and vitamin B12500μg on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic treatment. In group B, ligustrazine 120mg was added to 0.9 % Sodium chloride injection 250ml, phentolamine 10mg plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml intravenous infusion. The above two groups were treated 1 / d, a total of 3 weeks treatment. Motor neuron conduction velocity (MCV) and Hoffman reflex latency were measured before and after treatment. Results: The MCV of both groups improved to some extent after treatment, and the latency of Hoffman reflex shortening was still significant in group B, and 8 cases of MCV returned to normal in this group, while none of group A returned to normal. Conclusion: Ligustrazine combined with phentolamine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has the advantages of quick relief of symptoms, complete remission rate, the effect is significantly better than vitamin B1, vitamin B12.
