1986年,我们在进行太行山中段实地考查时发现,所有的灌木树种中,酸枣资源量最大,适应性最强,增产增值潜力很大,是一个很有开发价值的灌木树种。开发利用野生酸枣投资少,见效快,效益高。 一、酸枣营养丰富,经济价值高 酸枣营养物质丰富,是高级补品,含有蛋白质、糖类、脂肪油等多种有机物和多种矿质元素,如铁、钙、磷等。还含有多种维生素,其中尤以Vc含量最高,每百克含Vc600—1100毫克。酸枣中Vc的含量在所有干鲜果中最高,比猕猴桃高2—4倍,比沙棘高4—6倍,比苹果、梨高一百多倍,是浓缩Vc的天然来源。
