本文调查了广州地区24例小儿难治性肾病与24例健康儿童血、尿微量元素锌、铜值,旨在了解微量元素锌、铜与难治性肾病的关系。 24例难治性肾病,男15例,女9例。年龄1(8/12)~12岁,均符合肾病诊断标准。其中勤复发17例,激素部分效应6例,无效应1例;24例健康儿童,经疯史调查、体检、尿常规检查皆正常。两组年龄、性别、体重、身高基本相似。锌、铜测定以原子吸收
