一、前言轻工部81年批准颁发的骨胶部颁标准(QB582-81)中含氯量的测定,此方法准确度高,终点较好看,不足之处是操作繁琐,使用药品多。我们经过多次试验相反复摸索、比较,采用摩尔法测定含氯量,得到了比较满意的结果。和部颁标准规定的硫氰酸盐法比较,误差在0.002~0.015%范围内。摩尔法可以利用化验骨胶灰分后的剩余残渣(即无机物)来测定含氯量,这样既节约了硫氰酸盐法中所需要的硝酸、高锰酸钾、硫氰酸铵和硫酸铁铵等化学药品,也简化了化验操作,缩短了化验时间,为提高产品质量起到一定的监督怍用。现将摩尔法介绍如下。二、实验部分 1.原理 (1)硫氰酸盐法含氯量的测定原理
