先天性无阴道手术治疗,不少学者虽先后采用过许多方法,如顶压法,Vecchtti术,游离皮瓣移植法,羊膜移植法,盆腔腹膜移植法,外阴阴道成形术和乙状结肠移植法等,均有一定疗效,但其中效果较好、患者乐于接受的,还是近年来开展的乙状结肠移植法。自1983年以来,我们用乙状结肠移植治疗先天性无阴道5例,还有1例采用小肠移植,均取得良好效果,现报道如下。
