随着硬齿面齿轮生产的日益扩大,硬质合金滚刀的应用也日益广泛.用硬质合金滚刀加工淬硬齿轮,其用途不外乎两种:一是作为高精度齿轮磨齿前的半精加工;另一是普通精度齿轮的直接(或珩齿前的)精滚加工.对于磨齿齿轮,成品的精度由磨齿保证。对于精滚齿轮和珩齿齿轮,其精度则主要取决于滚齿加工。因此,分析硬齿面滚齿过程的误差特性及加工精度,对于淬硬齿轮的质量有直接意义。本文对影响硬齿面滚齿加工精度的几个特殊因素进行分析,并介绍一些提高硬齿面滚齿精度的措施。

This article analyzes some special factors that affect the machining accuracy of the hardened tooth hobbing and introduces some measures to improve the hobbing precision of the hardened tooth face.
