根据对华北地区96个气象台站连续30年气候资料的分析,对华北的气候特点和葡萄适栽气候范围进行评估。对多种葡萄气候区划指标比较研究的结果表明:生长期≥10℃的活动积温,是华北地区酿酒葡萄气候区划的最适热量指标(一级指标),8~9月水热系数(K值)是适宜的二级指标。对分区标准进行适当调整后,将包括河北、山西、内蒙古及北京、天津5省(区)、市在内的整个华北地区按一级指标划分为4个气候区:冷凉区、凉温区、中温区、暖温区。每一气候区又分别按K值分为极干燥亚区、干燥亚区、湿润亚区。对各气候区的葡萄和葡萄酒生产方向和适栽品种提出建议。
