目的探讨面孔表情诱发的事件相关电位(ERP)时空模式特点。方法25名受试者从事简笔画面孔表情识别任务。实验采用单因素(三水平:正性、中性、负性表情)重复测量析因设计和双侧配对t检验进行逐对比较(Bonferroni校正),利用统计参数映像呈现结果。结果显著的表情效应分别于3个时段出现在不同的头皮区域:后顶区和双枕区(280~340ms),左额区(400~420ms)和右额区(480~500ms)。正性与中性表情的差异分别于4个时段相继出现在不同的头皮区域:右额顶颞区和左前额区(60~80ms),右枕区(120~140ms),左枕区(280~-320ms)和左额顶区(400~440ms)。负性与中性表情的差异分别于5个时段相继出现在不同的头皮区域:右枕区(120~140ms),中央额顶区(220~240ms),中央顶区(280~300ms),左顶和右额颞区(320~340ms)和额顶枕颞区(480~-500ms)。结论面孔表情加工是涉及广泛脑区的动态演化过程,不同情绪的脑加工通路是不同的。
Objective To explore the temporal and spatial patterns of event-related potentials (ERPs) induced by facial expressions. Methods Twenty-five subjects engaged in face recognition of stick figure tasks. One-factor (three levels: positive, neutral, negative) repeated measures factorial design and two-sided paired t-test were used for pairwise comparison (Bonferroni correction) and the results were presented using statistical parameter maps. Results Significant facial expression effects appeared in different scalp regions in three periods: posterior apical region and double-occipital region (280-340 ms), left frontal region (400-420 ms) and right forehead region (480-500 ms). The difference between positive and neutral expressions appeared in different scalp regions in four periods: right frontotemporal and left forefront (60 ~ 80ms), right occipital (120 ~ 140ms), left occipital (280 ~ -320ms) and the left frontal area (400 ~ 440ms). The difference between negative and neutral expressions appeared in different scalp regions in five periods: right occiput (120 ~ 140ms), central frontal (220 ~ 240ms), central apical (280 ~ 300ms), left The top and right frontotemporal areas (320 ~ 340ms) and the frontal temporal occiput (480 ~ -500ms). Conclusion Facial expression processing is a dynamic evolution involving a wide range of brain regions, and brain processing paths of different emotions are different.
