普通高中多样化发展是当前我国教育改革的一项重要议程和战略决策。美国高中在其发展演进过程中,不断呈现出多样化、特色化的发展趋势,主要表现为:形成了“升学+就业+全人”的培养目标;具备了丰富多样的学校类型和择校方式;产生了“必修+选修+计划”的课程设置和灵活多样的教学方法;建立了多样化、多层次的高中教育评估模式;逐渐采用了市场化的学校管理模式。美国高中多样化发展的经验为我国普通高中多样化发展提供了重要参考。
The diversification of ordinary high schools is an important agenda and strategic decision for the current education reform in our country. American high schools continue to exhibit diversified and characteristic development trends during their evolution and development, mainly as follows: a training goal of “further education + employment + whole person” has been formed; and a large variety of school types and choices School style; produced “compulsory + elective + plan” curriculum and flexible teaching methods; established a diversified, multi-level high school education evaluation model; gradually adopted the market-based school management model. The experience of the diversification of American high schools has provided an important reference for the diversification of China’s ordinary high schools.
