目的采用HPLC法测定南五味子中的五味子酯甲和五味子甲素。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(12:17:51)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温35℃。结果五味子酯甲和五味子甲素的线性范围分别为0.047~0.282、0.049~0.291μg(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率分别为103.0%、103.5%,RSD分别为1.0%、1.2%。结论所建方法简便、重复性好,可用于测定南五味子中的五味子酯甲和五味子甲素。
OBJECTIVE To determine the Schisandra ester A and Schisandra chinensis in Nanchuangzi by HPLC. Methods The mobile phase was eluted with Eclipse XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water (12:17:51) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- ℃. Results The linear ranges of Schisandra ester A and Schisandrin A were 0.047-0.282 and 0.049-0.291 μg respectively (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries were 103.0% and 103.5%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.0% and 1.2%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of schisandrin A and Schisandrin A in S. kansuensis.
