借助于声速法、密度法、XRD等分析手段,考察了不同的牵伸条件和牵伸方式对聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维结构的影响。结果表明:牵伸条件的不同,纤维的取向和结晶程度有明显的区别;而牵伸方式的不同,对纤维的结晶程度也有较大影响。
The effects of different draft conditions and drafting methods on the PAN fiber structure were investigated by means of acoustic velocity, density and XRD. The results show that there are obvious differences in the orientation and crystallinity of the fibers under different drafting conditions. The different drafting methods also have a great influence on the degree of crystallinity of the fibers.
