目的分析北京市围产保健登记卡信息录入质量情况,加强孕产期系统保健管理。方法对2013-2014年北京市围产保健登记卡数据库和《孕产妇保健和健康情况年报表》相关资料进行分析。结果 2013-2014年北京市基层卫生服务机构上报围产保健登记卡295 560张;2014年建卡数比2013年增加41.84%,2014年空项率比2013年下降41.99%。结论北京市基层卫生服务机构能够规范开展孕产期保健管理,建卡数有所增加,空项率有所降低,仍需继续加强管理和督导。
Objective To analyze the information quality of perinatal health care registration card in Beijing and to strengthen the system of maternal health management. Methods The data of perinatal health registration card database and the annual report of maternal health and health status in 2013-2014 in Beijing were analyzed. Results From 2013 to 2014, primary health care institutions in Beijing reported 29,560 registration cards for perinatal health care. In 2014, the number of card enrollments increased by 41.84% compared with that in 2013, and the number of vacant cards in 2014 dropped 41.99% compared with that in 2013. Conclusion Primary health care institutions in Beijing can regulate the health management during pregnancy and childbirth, the number of cards has been increased, the empty rate has dropped, and the management and supervision still need to be continued.
